This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year. 3M provides eligible interns with temporary housing and round-trip travel reimbursement in accordance with current policy.Job Summary:The Supply Chain Analyst Internship position involves experiences across the supplier management, supply chain planning, manufacturing materials planning, and/or supply chain process and systems teams. This internship position exposes the Supply Chain Analyst to many aspects of the Electronics and Energy Business supply chain, providing training, experiences, and perspectives for professional development. Depending on assignments, the Supply Chain Analyst intern may be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:Supply Chain Analysis, Process and Systems ImprovementSupply Chain Planning and Inventory and Product FlowMeasurement, Reporting, and Issues ResolutionProject Participation and LeadershipBasic Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited universityCurrent cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scalePreferred Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Operations, Operations Management, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Route to Business (ERB) from an accredited universityDemonstrated computer literacy with ability to understand and operate applicable software and systems and is able to extract and analyze systems dataSuperior communication, planning/coordinating and administrative skillsPrevious experience as a 3M Intern or Technical Aide OR internship with a manufacturing companyMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).VEVRAA Federal ContractorRequest Priority Protected Veteran ReferralsEOE -Veteran /Disabled/Minority/AA/F/M/SO
