We have an outstanding opportunity for a Design Support Intern to work on the Design Support Team at a growing SaaS company. This position is part of our Technical Customer Service department and is an excellent opportunity for innovative and collaborative students to join a global team that continues to lead the industry in customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate would have a technical background, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would also enjoy interacting with client-assigned project teams and working directly with iCIMS customers on configuring elements of their system. Completing requests to build custom iForms submitted by customers using our iCIMS software
Complete requests to make modifications to existing iForms
Provide communications, assistance, and troubleshooting as it relates to new builds and modifications for iForms
Communicate with customers in a variety of ways to meet their needs and address issues quickly, including frequent phone call and e-mail interaction
Dedication to the success and satisfaction of our customers
The ability to learn and understand iCIMS products
Prioritizing of work to meet deadlines
Must be currently pursuing a BA/BS or equivalent in Technology or related field during the time of the internship (Summer 2018)
Knowledge and hands on experience in understanding and editing code (HTML, CSS)
Familiarity with cross browser support, such as CSS differences in IE, Firefox and Chrome
Hands on experience with web design fundamentals and principles
Working knowledge of FTP, secured content and HTTPS/SSL
Familiarity with web development tools, such as Firebug, Fiddler, Filezilla, and basic HTML editors
Candidates should have strong organizational skills
Candidates should also possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients both verbally and in writing
