Explore an opportunity. Our structured Summer Internship Program serves as the cornerstone of our full-time CRB Program. Designed for students who are one year from graduation, the Internship Program is an 8 to 10-week (depending on country) learning experience that provides undergraduates with the opportunity over the summer to gain hands-on experience working in the insurance industry and contributing to our business. The program is comprised of orientation, goal setting, training modules, team presentations, a business speaker series and a formal mid and end of internship performance review. High-performing interns will be considered for the full-time CRB Program.

About you.

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (all majors considered)
  • In junior or penultimate year of study
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (US);
  • Self-starter
  • Agile learner
  • Ability to work in teams and cultivate relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidates must be authorized to work in the country they are applying to on a full-time basis.

Our Process All applicants must apply online. Following an initial screen, successful applicants are progressed to the first round stage. This constitutes written responses and a short video interview. Upon successful completion of the first round candidates are invited to an on-site final round assessment center. The assessment center comprises of 4 interviews and a group case study.
