Job Brief

Student Intern will work with the ServiceNow Support Team and customers with testing/QA, administration, and configuration of the ServiceNow cloud platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Information custodian for SharePoint site.

  • Work in a team setting to support ServiceNow administration and configuration.

  • QA/Testing.

  • Assist with day-to-day activities as needed.


College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

Additional Information

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Microsoft SharePoint

  • JavaScript experience (Preferred)
