Eaton Corporation Co-Op Internship Human Resources in Queretaro, Mexico

12 months program for university students which are in the last year of the bachelor. The objective of the program is develop students in a determined function in Human Resources through a practical experience, as well as assist in the personal development of leadership competencies through training, networking and coaching. The assignment will help the participant develop a wide range of leadership and functional competencies within the fields of Compensation, OD, Training, Labor relations, etc.

This program provides candidates with great exposure to Eaton vision, values and culture and would prepare them for a potential opportunity to join the Eaton Leadership Development Programs (ELDP’S) or an open position within one of our Eaton’s Plants or offices upon graduation.

QualificationsEaton Co-Op Program is for students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

Successful candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong analytical skills, have excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills, and have demonstrated a strong desire and ambition to be a leader.

Must be in the 6th, 7th or 8th. semester of their bachelor

Successful candidates must have a combined average of 8.0 or higher.

Fluent in English.
