Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve as everyday contact for transportation supplier

  • Coordinate engagement activities for assigned teams

  • Develop and maintain area metrics

  • Support a wide variety of projects

  • Support other HR teams in specific activities

  • Support for HR operational processes (onboarding/offboarding, manage GCRM, facilities management)

  • Support continuous improvement of HR projects & HR policies

  • Manage internal HR communications through social networking

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • University student with full-time academic coursework (any degree program)

  • Spoken & written English proficiency

  • MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure

  • Oral & written communication skills
