We are always looking for ways to better our strategies and broaden our horizons; which is why we are excited to take on a whole new team of interns. For this 10 week paid internship we are looking for interns to specialize in the following areas: Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Strategy, and Supply Chain. The week of welcome kicks off by pairing you with a mentor who will guide your experience as you work on a project tackling some of our top business initiatives.

This isn’t a job shadow opportunity, this internship is the chance to get involved, contribute and truly experience our workplace. This will be a fun, teamwork atmosphere with the opportunity to build strong peer to peer relationships. The internship will end with the opportunity to present solutions to relevant business problems to some of our top executive staff members. Summary

Responsible for coordinating and assisting with our print, digital, media, direct mail, Point-Of-Purchase and any other marketing production including project workflow to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and quality.

General Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and coordinate materials and resources for the production of print, broadcast and online/digital projects.Coordinate with Program Manager and the creative department to manage resource utilization, and distribute work from concept through final production and delivery.Collaborate daily with Program Manager to identify project needs, status updates and identification on ongoing project assets/needs.Coordinates production schedules for current and planned projects.Process and traffic projects from inception to completion while serving as liaison between business partners and creative staff to coordinate project workflow.Routes materials in various stages for internal and external approvals by various stake holders.Monitors progress and escalates discrepancies in job progression to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.Expedites project work through all departments and enforces deadlines established for copy, layout, and related development tasks.Updates and maintains traffic/status reports on projects and communicates progress via weekly team meetings.

QualificationsJunior or SeniorPreferred Majors: Marketing, Public Relations, Commuications, AdvertisingProficient with MS Office software- intermediate Excel and PowerPointExperience with Workfront, inMotion or similar marketing management software is a plusProcess orientated and can deliver on multiple projects at once. Uses rational to approach urgent tasks or issues with pragmatism and reasonDriven and has a desire to learn. Approaches problems with little guidance and a `figure it out¿ mentality
