ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project lead large-scale recruitments and build a structured plan

  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities

  • Develop and build a candidate generation strategy which includes industry and competitive research and sourcing tactics to attract passive and active candidates

  • Understand candidate career goals, design compensation recommendations, and consult with clients on how to successfully hire candidates

  • Collaborate with university recruiting teams to participate in campus events, career days and information sessions at selected universities

  • Responsible for transactional activities with high quality in HR System

  • HR administration

  • Build and leverage external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations, to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavior Science or Business Administration

  • Several years of demonstrated recruiting experience

Knowledge and skills:

  • Experience in project management methodologies

  • Excellent planning and organization skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple projects/deadlines

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

  • Very good knowledge in MS Office

  • Preferably knowledge in Workday
