Our LTPi opportunity isa 10-week program designed for students curious about how we operate numerouswholesaler warehouses and how our breweries move millions of cases of beer fromthe palletizers to the dock doors.
We’ll save you a spot ateither one of our field sitesoron our zone logistics teamforthe summer and will provide you will a real business problem we need yourinsight to solve.
Who are we looking for?
If you’re the right fit for our culture, we’ll take you as you are. And even though a background in supply chain or logistics would definitely help, we’re also open to business, engineering, or even quantum mechanics majors. Because all we really want is like minded, hard-working, passionate professionals like us.
You’re driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills. And while you may have a preference, you are open to experiencing opportunities across various functions and different regions in the U.S.
You don’t like being bored, because you like managing multiple projects simultaneously. When given a challenge you are motivated to over deliver results. And even though everyone knows Microsoft Office, you know you can bring more to the table.
Pursuing B.S, M.S, or MBA with a focus or background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Logistics, Supply Chain, or related experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work with numerous internal customers and departments, and wholesalers.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
Strong desire to learn and develop with a drive to deliver results against stretch targets
Self-starter, driven, with a high attention to detail
Able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven leadership ability
Mobile within North America throughout the duration of internship
Willingness to work rotating shifts
