Essential Role and Responsibilities:
Respond to requests for technical assistance.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Research questions using available information resources.
Follow standard help desk procedures.
Coursework or experience in the field of computer sciences
Computer proficiency – Windows 7+ and Microsoft Office Suites.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish strong working relationships with IT staff
Excellent time management skills
Effective problem-solving skills
