Job Description

The internship program at Hussmann Corporation is a career development program designed for college students working towards their bachelor’s or master's degree, or recent graduates. This 12-week paid internship will allow participants to gain practical, hands-on work experience and develop career potential. During this time, students will be exposed to a number of real-life work experiences, which may include:

Konveyor Supply Chain Analysis

Improve Logistics, Process Improvement at BGN & possibly MTY

Summer Project Assist with SQE Teamcenter tasks (i.e. PPAP generation, Drawing check-out/check-in process and completions, address drawing issues with Engineering).

Operational/Dimensional verification of PPAP samples received from suppliers (i.e. harness & casting dimensions, general function of LEDs, etc)

Document review in Intelex General support in QMS Administer supplier management activities in Intelex Document Control/Migration/RFQsElectronic Controller Work Instructions Local Store Start-ups, Issue Investigations Participate in Kaizen Events

Required Skills

Pursuant of Bachelors Degree in Engineering Discipline or related field
