GENERAL SUMMARY: Manage the execution of messaging cadence across all social channels: Facebook Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat
Schedule: Part time 20 hours a week, August-November. Can be done remotely.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct regular monitoring across social channels to identify and respond to applicant issues / questions
Create and implement new social channels
Assist with weekly analytics and reporting to leadership, making recommendations to increase efficiency and enhance the brand
Participate in strategic planning and development of comprehensive marketing campaigns
Keep up with all industry trends and developments, making recommendations for new channels and tactics that Gap Inc. should pursue
Create new ads & creative to post on social media sites
Partner with key functions (e.g., Training, Operations, Talent Acquisition) to execute cross-functional campaigns Requirements
ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: Interact with all levels of the leadership team, business partners and peers.
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, PowerPoint, Access and / or other software / database skills.
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
2) Minimum educational level:
Must be a college student, junior or senior status preferred
Availability to work part-time August-November
3) Minimum experience:
Marketing major, plus experience or interest in social media preferred
Active online (browsing, shopping, social media) presence
