The Sr. Learning & Development Intern will be part of the Associate Development team within Human Resources. The Associate Development team is focused on career development topics for Bosch associates, including - the Bosch Training Center, a learning transformation project, performance management and career ownership.
Intern projects and responsibilities will include:
Managing all activities associated with the internal mentoring program.
Supporting face-to-face leadership development training courses.
Developing learning materials (e-learning, quick guides, audio and video scripts, process documentation, etc) that transform complex information into professionally written and interactive multimedia learning experiences.
Improving existing training content by proactively using technology, industry best practices and alternative learning methods.
Supporting marketing of the learning transformation project.
Conceptualizing and producing video content for learning activities.
Other day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.
Candidate pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree related to Human Resources, Marketing, Business or Communications with at least one semester completed.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong detail orientation.
Must be innovative and creative.
Must be a self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Must be able to work 32-40 hours per week.
Ability to explain complex messages using storytelling.
