Job Description

The Sr. Learning & Development Intern will be part of the Associate Development team within Human Resources. The Associate Development team is focused on career development topics for Bosch associates, including - the Bosch Training Center, a learning transformation project, performance management and career ownership.

Intern projects and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all activities associated with the internal mentoring program.

  • Supporting face-to-face leadership development training courses.

  • Developing learning materials (e-learning, quick guides, audio and video scripts, process documentation, etc) that transform complex information into professionally written and interactive multimedia learning experiences.

  • Improving existing training content by proactively using technology, industry best practices and alternative learning methods.

  • Supporting marketing of the learning transformation project.

  • Conceptualizing and producing video content for learning activities.

  • Other day-to-day tasks and projects as needed.


  • Candidate pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree related to Human Resources, Marketing, Business or Communications with at least one semester completed.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong detail orientation.

  • Must be innovative and creative.

  • Must be a self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Must be able to work 32-40 hours per week.

  • Ability to explain complex messages using storytelling.
