The successful applicant would be an enthusiastic, student pursuing BS degree majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related business field with strengths in cost analysis, budget tracking, and office administration. Additionally candidate will be tasked to provide administrative support as needed to relieve managers and other staff of administrative details. The successful candidate will be involved in activities as expense report review/processing, cost analysis, budget tracking, and miscellaneous office administrative tasks. Familiarity with Deltek Timekeeping System would be a plus.This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hrs/week.Education / Qualification RequirementsCollege sophomore or higher pursuing B.S. in Business Administration, or related business field. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically MS Excel and Word.Requirements:Sophomore or higher, pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance or related business field; Possess a thorough understanding of MS Excel and Word;Good organizational and problem solving skills;Strong writing and editing skills; andPossess ability to meet deadlines and work well with others.AMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
