The Associate Vice President for Careers Programs position requires extensive working relationships with Department Chairs and other institutional leaders. This AVP's primary responsibilities are to provide vision, input, and leadership in all aspects of Career Programs operations, including academic programs, planning and assessment, collaborative partnerships, enrollment management, student success and completion, faculty and staff development, instructional technologies, and resource management.

Minimum and Additional Requirements: Master's degree plus seven (7) years of progressively related work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate degree; college teaching experience; extensive experience in supervision and organizational behavior; knowledge/coordination of technical programs and technology; understanding of outcomes assessment, program evaluation, academic research, and teaching.
