Zebra Technologies Intern - Digital Asset Support GDC Marketing in Lincolnshire, Illinois


We are looking for a Website Content Intern that is talented, energetic and digital-savvy; responsible for editing and developing web-optimized content that reflects Zebra’s strategic goals and needs. This role will work closely with the Global Content Editor team members to update content and assets on Zebra.com and associated applications. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented culture.


  • Performs all web content management activities within tight deadlines to meet project goals and objectives.

  • Becomes intimately familiar with all website content.

  • Works to ensure timely updates of web content and print content such as spec. sheets.

  • Edits, formats and tags new and existing content according to established strategy.

  • Analyzes and evaluates content to ensure error-free grammar, spelling and formatting.

  • Upload content and assist with digital asset management in Adobe CQ CMS.

  • Proactively generates ideas, juggles multiple assignments, pays close attention to detail and meets short turnarounds and deadlines.


  • Junior/Senior with a Bachelor Degree-Related Major (i.e. Marketing, Communications, Technology, Media/Journalism, etc.).

  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.

  • Self-starter with a team player attitude.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. SharePoint, Content Management Systems and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.

  • Experience in content editing and web content management highly desired.

  • Experience with Digital Asset Management tools.

  • Basic HTML knowledge.

  • Insanely organized and able to prioritize multiple activities.

  • Experience working in an agile development environment.

  • Experience using collaboration tools like JIRA and or Basecamp.
