Zebra Technologies Intern - Learning in Lincolnshire, Illinois
This role will partner with the Global Learning Program Manager and is responsible for the execution of employee learning programs, both online and instructor led. There will be a focus on documentation creation and management. The goal is for the intern to get an understanding of a learning organization structure, functions and how ZKC enables learning for Zebra as a whole.
Responsible for the organization, program coordination and customer experience for Employee Learning Courses.
Manage zTrack online learning for Sales and Marketing teams.
Manage program registration and attendance management.
Creating class documentation including name tents, badges and printed materials.
Create an intern training manual that provides process documentation for future interns
The ZKC intern will ideally be a candidate that is on an education path in one or two of the following areas:
- Learning and Development, Business, Human resources, Marketing, English, Computer Science and Sales.
Skills should include - Microsoft Suite of Software,
Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills, and the willingness to learn.
