Frontier Communications Corporate Human Resources Intern in NORWALK, Connecticut

*Corporate Human Resources Intern *The Human Resources Intern will work directly with the Corporate Human Resources team in Norwalk, CT to provide front line HR support by providing excellent internal and external customer service.

The Human Resources Intern will gain experience in many facets of HR from day-to-day employee relations to assisting in the implementation of corporate wide HR initiatives. During the internship program, you will receive both formal and informal training.

Day to day tasks will consist of:

  • Sitting in on New Hire Orientations,
  • creating new employee personnel files,
  • processing internal HR paperwork, as well as exposure to Human Resources leaders in the field and processing their requests as well as any ongoing projects.
  • You will develop analytical and broad human resources skills.

An important requirement of the internship is to have a great deal of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidential information. To be successful, you need to be a self-starter who is naturally curious and willing to take the initiative on improving processes and procedures as well as be creative and offer ideas from a first-hand perspective.
