The Interns work as part of a team, while developing key business skills to help aid and guide for future careers. As a result this position requires excellent verbal and written communications skills. A team player with a positive attitude is essential. em*We are currently looking for an intern for the Spring semester 2018 with the option to extend beyond if there is mutual interest./emResponsibilities:ulliLearn and understand the key concepts and uses of the TechSmith software, as well as a working knowledge of TechSmith Software/liliWork with the Inside Sales team in day to day operations, contributing as a consistently productive team member/liliAssist customers to ensure they have a positive experience in purchasing/liliHandle customer concerns, troubleshoot, and solve problems/liliWork on special projects, researching deeper into our customer databases and analyzing sales data/liliCapture critical product and customer data to help improve sales opportunities and create efficient business processes/liliExcel in fast paced environment and thrive under pressure/liliUtilize creative thinking skills by assisting and developing best practices for sales team operations/liliExperience a real world view of the software industry and learn key business strategies and tactics/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulRequired Skills and Background: ulliMust be resourceful, self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work on a team/liliExcellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills for communication inside and outside the company/liliGreat phone presence/liliInterest in technology, specifically software applications/liliGood organization skills and capability to multi-task/liliAbility to pay close attention to detail/liliProactive go-getter attitude/liliDependable employee with good work history/liliStrong critical thinking skills/liliPrevious sales or customer service experience a plus/liliYou must be legally authorized to work in the United States/liliYou must be enrolled full-time in classes in order to be considered for an internship with TechSmith Corporation/liliRequires at least 15 hours per week, maximum of 28 hours per week/li/ulPreferred Skills:ulliFluency in French or German languages a plus but not required/li/ulCompensation and Perks:g
