The Technology Partner Program Intern will work with Technology Partners, HPE Business Unit and corporate marketing teams to develop a partner product integration brochure•Conduct review process for final publication.•Upload and manage on Concentra (HPE library repository)•Create partner company listing on hpe.com•Provide monthly/weekly reporting stats/progress

•Assist in coordinating the monthly communication newsletter schedule. •Solicit content contribution from HPE business unit and decide on relevant content for the newsletter•Be able to identify articles as gap fillers due to shortage of content material from the business units

•Help to manage and maintain event invitations e.g. Discover or Global Partner Summit. Create event surveys as needed (using HPE Survey tool) as needed.••Maintain and update insignia library. Control and manage its distribution••Assist in updating external program guide. Ensure content is updated and aligned to program changes••Report and track metrics weekly/monthly••Work with the Portal Administrator to update content on the Technology Partner Portal••Understand HPE’s PO/SOW process; manage invoice tracking as needed. Resolve invoicing issue••Assist in managing Demo Discount program; update discount tables; be familiar with HPE order management systems (e.g. Eclipse, Patsy, Watson) and how data flows btw them.

Responsibilities: Four-year university students who are working in a non-technical internship role during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.

Education and Experience Required: High School Degree 3rd Year of University completed--typically a non- technical degree specialization.
