Job Responsibilities

  • Comfortable dealing with a large volume of jobs in an Excel database (coding in Excel is a plus)

  • Comfortable using multiple software programs for each task (AMP, Cimage, Excel, and Smallworld are the essentials)

  • Great organization skills are required

  • Able to do repetitive work (daily tasks, such as sending out reminders and creating new CRs) as well as creative work (developing the database, running various reports, dealing with customer requests and safety hazard jobs as efficiently as possible)

  • Be able to communicate well with internal employees and external customers

  • Maintain professionalism in emails, phone calls, in-person meetings etc.


College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

Additional Information

Candidates currently enrolled in six college credit hours with preference given to technical study in engineering, energy or environmental/sustainability programs.
