Reports to the Safety, Health and Environment Manager.

Key Tasks:

  • Updating of SHE manuals and spreadsheets with a core understanding and appreciation of our SIF Program.

  • Analysis & Trending of the on-line monthly Environmental Contacts database.

  • Development of Recommendations for proactive management of identified ‘at risk’ Environmental & CYBER (exposure based safety program) Contacts.

  • Understanding of the CYBER process & Data entry of CYBER & KPA’s.

  • Exposure to the Leadership Safety Coaching Process.

  • Initiating and Scoping for Carbon Footprint initiatives to be implemented.

  • Exposure to Point Lisas Energy Association (PLEA) & The Trinidad and Tobago Emergency Mutual Aid Scheme (TTEMAS) stakeholder initiatives and meetings.

  • Providing assistance Safety Committees

  • Field based SHE exposure & assistance.

  • Creation of an SHE FLOW Model.

  • Assisting with Contractor SHE initiatives.

  • Participation in a community service initiative


  • Computer Skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

  • Superior interpersonal, teamwork, communication and presentation skills are essential

  • Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training


  • Enrolled in University, focusing on a degree in Environmental & Natural Resource Management or Occupational Health and safety
