Your Responsibilities:The candidate will provide comprehensive support and deliver a full range of administrative functions in Bacterial Process Unit OMV and Seed Bank:

  • Manage calendar of Process Unit Head;

  • Schedule and coordinate all team meetings, 1:1 with direct reports; department meetings, and other meetings.

  • Proactively prepare meeting materials in advance

  • Manage all travel required for Process Unit Head.

  • Prepare expense reports, track reimbursements and manage purchase orders through IT System and act as dispatcher for Shopping Card

  • Support Operational Managers in PPP forms managements

  • Maintain on track Process Unit Sherpoint

Competenze da acquisire

  • Self-empowerment: Proactively and independently organize and expedite workflow and initiate follow-up when necessary to ensure schedules and deadlines are met;

  • Accountability: Attend team meetings, create agendas, schedule appointments, take and issue meeting minutes when appropriate or as requested

  • Visual Management: Prepare and edit reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software; organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files

  • Networking collaboration: Coordinate and provide key information to other business units as appropriate
